" We are happy to have concluded an agreement with Tiktok in order to ensure that the Pan -African composer authors be taken care of on the platform," says Wiseman Nqubo, member of the Association Composers Authors and Publishers Association, signatory of the agreements. Tiktok's young videographers are invited to use the hashtag #iama -African. The most popular videos may be selected to be broadcast on the Trace TV music. On the occasion of the African Cup of Nations 2022 (CAN), the African Football Confederation announced a partnership with the social network in order to optimize the creation of content on the event. Tiktok intends to offer its community new features to create short videos on the event. The interest in the platform is to please and attract advantages of young Africans fan of sport and football in particular.
The hashtag #AFRICANFOOTBALL already records more than 48 million views on the platform!
